Lugia and Wingull take Flight

This was an art trade with . She wanted me to draw a lugia and a wingull flying over a sea.

I have no idea what I was doing with the background or the colors or anything in general. I was kind of experimenting...yey.
I'm sorry I can't draw backgrounds.
